Sayur oyong tentu tak asing bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Oyong yang memiliki nama latin, Luffa Cylindrica sering pula dikenal dengan gambas atau ceme.
Buahnya bersiku-siku memanjang kulitnya keras layaknya kaktus sedangkan dagingnya lunak dan halus berwarna hijau.Tak berbeda dengan komoditas lainya, oyong tumbuh subur di daerah penggunungan.

Sup Oyong Tahu Telur
Bahan :
400 gram oyong/gambas
1 bungkus tahu telur/tahu jepang
12 butir telur puyuh rebus, kupas kulitnya
1 liter air
2 cm jahe di memarkan
1 Batang seledri biarkan utuh
1/2 bawang bombay, di belah belah
Minyak goreng untuk menggoreng atau menumis
Bumbu halus:
5 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1/4 sdt merica butir
1 batang daun bawang, di iris iris
50 gram soun
Bawang goreng untuk taburan
Cara membuatnya :
◾Cuci dan kupas oyong dan potong setebal 2 cm, belah dua tahu Jepang dan iris setebal 2 cm, sisihkan.
◾ Didihkan air bersama jahe, bawang bombay, seledri,sementara itu tumis bumbu halus sampai Wangi kemudian tumisan bumbu di masukan kedalam air yang mendidih.
◾ Masukkan oyong, tahu Jepang, daun bawang,telur puyuh, masak sampai oyong masak,angkat kemudian tambahkan soun dan bawang goreng, sajikan
